Backline's purpose is to help you, and your loved ones, explore these issues in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.

Our Talk Line offers a confidential space for women and their loved ones to talk openly about pregnancy, parenting, abortion and adoption.

Call toll free from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. Spanish speaking Talk Line Advocates available every Tuesday and upon request. Translators available for over 150 languages.

The Talk Line is available toll free, seven days a week, and we take calls from women and their loved ones all over the country who are in the process of making decisions, or have already made decisions, about pregnancy. We know that these decisions can be complex, and we support you no matter what you choose to do.
